The Art of Wine benefit for
T h e   P e r f o r m a n c e   L o f t
in Redlands held on November 16, 2007 was an extraordinary evening of fine wine tasting and cheese pairing. Music, theatre, art, dance, and emerging artists were highlighted as guests enjoyed wine varietals and cheeses selected by Wineology-Educational Wine Tasting.
In addition, there was a multi-media silent auction with works by talented local artists and music was provided by guitarist, Peter Curtis.

Wineology will select an array of Spanish wines to pair with Chef Roberto Argentina’s full menu of luscious tapas.

Wineology - Educational Wine Tasting with Dr. Tim and Lynn Berkeley Krantz, are co-hosting an ongoing series of unique geographical wine and food pairing events with Chef Roberto Argentina at The Farm Artisan Foods Restaurant in Redlands every 2nd Monday of the month.

Each month we will explore a new geographical wine region and the regional foods that compliment them.

Join us at The Farm for this one-of-a-kind food and wine experience.

The complete dinner, paired wines, and education class will range in price depending on the selected wine and menu. $55.00 to $75.00 per person
